With decades of dedication, Kasandra Cultural Center (KCC) embodies a legacy of passion and expertise passed through generations. Founded by Sandra Oblitas, whose 30+ year career includes training at Escuela De Ballet Oficial De Bolivia and Ballet Folklórico Nacional, the center is now led by her daughter, Flavia Parra, continuing its mission of preserving culture and creating transformative experiences.
