With decades of dedication, Kasandra Cultural Center (KCC) embodies a legacy of passion and expertise passed through generations. Founded by Sandra Oblitas, whose 30+ year career includes training at Escuela De Ballet Oficial De Bolivia and Ballet Folklórico Nacional, the center is now led by her daughter, Flavia Parra, continuing its mission of preserving culture and creating transformative experiences.
Our commitment to excellence goes beyond technique—it’s about building confidence, fostering resilience, and creating connections. Having worked with diverse individuals, including children facing autism and depression, we’ve witnessed dance’s power to heal, inspire, and empower. More than a cultural center, we are a space where stories unfold, communities unite, and the art of movement transforms lives.
